Hi Guys, What's your favorite way to get up and have some refreshing excercise? I like to run, walk, swim (within season and reason), bowl, roller blade and skate, sometimes even ice skate, etc. I would dearly love to have a treadmill in my househ ehehe. How about you? Caitlin

I love to work out, mostly weight lifting, because i think its just so fun...the only problem i have with it is that i feel like people are staring at me when i work out....not like it matters, though, since no one says they're any better than me at it...I like to run too, but im more of the sprinting type, i could never be a long-distance runner.

I love walking. Not only does it get me to exercise, but it also is a stress releaver and it gives the dog a chance to get out and stretch her paws.

Yeah Nib I couldn't be a long distance runner either. At least not now, because I'm hopelessly out of shape. I don't have anyoen to run with hehehe. But luckily for me, I walk enough, and am out and about and am hyper enough that I stay skinny. Plus I'm just naturally really short and small for my age. Hehehe. Caitlin

Walking WoodLand Trails mainly Springtime through Autumn. Icy paths I am not too fond of, it is the falling doen that can be the bother! Summer Trails that have a good spacing of Trees that provide ample shade can be most refreshing when gentle breezes blow through giving a blessed coolness when day is extremely warm.

I love just running around and acting crazy, and wrestling hehehe just for fun with family or friends hehehe, oh and playing in the snow wears me out and is good excerscise. Those bikes that are stationary are fun too. Caitlin

I like walking, water aerobics (which are less painful with tendonitis,) and weight training. Need to start exercising again.

Swimming is the only one I don't hate with a passion :-).

I like walking, swimming, rowing, paddling, cross-country skiing, in short, anything moderately aerobic, that involves a lot of bending and stretching. A sprinter or weight-lifter, I am not!

Hm, I prefer being on the exercise bike, or doing gymnastics (sit-ups for example), sometimes running.

I like exercise bikes, weights, track, and swimming. I do everyday exercises, though, because I usually don't have access to the ones listed above.
